PR369: Building a New Website for a Strategic Communications Agency in Accra
How MediaWura built PR369's new website: a page for every service, a portfolio of real work, a founder's note and an enquiry form that opens with a strategy conversation.
PR369 Communications is a strategic communications and entertainment marketing agency in North Kaneshie, Accra. MediaWura built its new website. This is what the site is built to do, how it is organised, and why.
The short version: a communications agency sells judgement, so its website has to show judgement. Every page on the new site either proves PR369 can do the work or makes it easy to start a conversation about it.
Who is PR369?
PR369 is the trading name of Premier 369, an Accra agency that works where strategy, culture and commerce meet. It handles PR, brand strategy, entertainment marketing, events, partnerships, talent representation and creative work for brands, artists and organisations.
Its clients sit across film, music, live events and consumer brands. The work on its site includes film festivals, jazz festivals and residencies, social impact events, out-of-home campaigns, a single release for a rising artist, and a research project with a Swiss music school. It also represents musicians for live performance and brand opportunities.
That mix is the first thing a website for PR369 has to handle. A bank's marketing manager and a jazz pianist's team are both potential clients, and they arrive looking for very different proof.
What did the website need to do?
The site needed to explain a broad agency clearly, prove its experience with real work, and turn serious visitors into strategy conversations.
PR369's own line is that it is "not a publicity shop" and "not a digital marketing vendor". That positioning only works if the website backs it up. A thin brochure site with a list of services and a phone number would have undercut it. The site had to feel considered, show depth, and give each type of visitor a short path to the part that matters to them.

What MediaWura built
MediaWura built a multi-page site with a clear homepage, a page for each service, a portfolio with individual case studies, a talent roster, a founder's page, a blog and an enquiry form built into the site.
A homepage that states the position in one line
The homepage opens with "We make you more", followed by "More visible. More trusted. More impactful." Two buttons sit directly underneath: Start a Project and See Our Work. One is for people already convinced, the other for people who need proof first.
Below that, the page moves in the order a buyer thinks: who PR369 is, what it does, then how to start. A strip of client logos runs underneath, so names like Black Star International Film Festival, Ghana Jazz Foundation and MONT Water are visible without anyone having to dig.
A separate page for each service
PR369 offers seven distinct services, and each one has its own page: strategic communications and PR, marketing and brand strategy, entertainment marketing, events and experiences, brand integration and partnerships, representation and talent PR, and creative.
Each service page explains the service in plain language, lists what is included, links to the next service, and ends with a call to start the conversation. The homepage shows all seven as cards that click through.
A work section with real case studies
The Work page groups PR369's projects by type: film, social impact, events and partnerships, live music, out-of-home campaigns and more. Featured projects have their own case study pages that set out the client, the services provided and PR369's role.
Talent, founder and blog pages
A Talent page presents the artists PR369 represents. A page called "A Note from Bentuma" lets the founder, Philippa Bentuma Arthur, explain her background and how she approaches a brief in her own words. A blog is in place for the team's thinking on communications and the creative industries.
An enquiry form that sits inside the page
The "Work With Us" section asks visitors to describe where they are and where they want to go, because PR369 starts every engagement with a strategy conversation. The form runs on PayLead, the selling and lead platform from Wura Group, MediaWura's parent company. On a desktop it sits inside the page; on a phone it opens as its own panel, so nobody is filling in a cramped form squeezed between images.
The decisions behind the build
Each structural choice on the site answers a specific problem: a broad offer, mixed audiences, mobile visitors, and buyers who now research agencies through Google and AI assistants.
Why every service has its own page
A single "Services" page with seven bullet points tells Google and ChatGPT very little. Separate pages, each with its own title, description and address, give search engines and AI assistants something specific to match when someone asks for an entertainment marketing agency or a PR firm in Accra. They also let PR369 send a prospect a link to exactly the service they asked about. We explain the wider idea in SEO vs GEO vs AEO.
Why the calls to action repeat
"Start a Project" sits at the top of the homepage, "Start the conversation" sits at the end of every service page, and "Discuss your brief" closes the founder's note. Visitors decide at different points. Someone who reads one service page and is ready should not have to scroll back to the top or hunt through the menu to act.
Why the founder has her own page
In communications, buyers are hiring a person's judgement as much as an agency. Giving the founder a page in her own voice answers "who will actually work on my account?" before it is asked. It also gives AI assistants a clear, consistent description of who runs PR369.
Built for phones and findability
The site is built on a modern framework that sends finished pages to the browser rather than assembling them on the visitor's phone, and images are resized for the screen they land on. That matters for visitors on mobile data, which we cover in why website speed matters on Ghanaian mobile data. The site also publishes a sitemap that lists every service and case study page, so search engines can find all of them, and service pages carry their own titles and descriptions.
The site has a content editor behind it, so the PR369 team can keep it current themselves without waiting on a developer for every change.
What PR369 can do with it now
PR369 now has a website that does the first part of the sales conversation for it.
- Send a prospect one link to the exact service they need.
- Point to real case studies instead of describing past work from memory.
- Present represented artists to promoters and brands on a dedicated page.
- Collect structured enquiries that describe the client's situation before the first call.
- Publish thinking on the blog as the team builds its archive.
The same thinking shaped The Score Africa's rebuilt website. SCORE is an entertainment business publication within the same Premier 369 group.
Common questions
How long does a website like this take?
It depends on the number of pages, how much content and photography already exists, and whether you need features like a content editor or forms connected to other tools. MediaWura gives a timeline in writing after a free audit, once the scope is clear.
How much does a website like this cost?
Every build is scoped differently, so MediaWura quotes a fixed fee in writing after a free audit. You know the full cost before any work starts.
Can we update the website ourselves afterwards?
Yes, if you need to. If your team will publish regularly, MediaWura can build in a content editor so you can add posts and update pages without a developer.
Do you write the words as well?
MediaWura offers website copywriting alongside design and build, because the words and the page structure work best when they are planned together. See website copywriting that sells.
