Seven steps from the first call to steady sales.
Every engagement follows the same path. You see the plan and the fee in writing before you commit, and you see the numbers every month after.
Conversation
FreeA twenty-minute call with the person who will lead your strategy. We ask what you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth to you, what you've tried and what happened.
If we're not the right fit, because the business is too early or the problem isn't marketing, we tell you on the call and point you somewhere useful.
Audit
Written auditWe look at everything between the advert and the payment: ad accounts, tracking, creative, landing pages, website speed, checkout, WhatsApp replies and follow-up.
You get a written list of what's broken, in the order we'd fix it. Most leaks are simple once someone looks: the wrong campaign goal, broken tracking, one tired advert, or enquiries nobody follows up.
Strategy
Growth planA plan in plain English: who we're going after, the offer and message, which channels, the budget, what we'll build first and what the numbers should look like at 30, 60 and 90 days.
The fee is in the plan, fixed and in writing. You see it before you commit to anything.
Creatives
Ads ready to runWe research your buyers, write the scripts and copy, then produce many genuinely different adverts, most of them with AI. Different hooks, faces, settings and reasons to buy.
Volume matters because Meta's ad system now picks buyers by studying the creative. Ten different ideas give it ten ways to find a customer.
Run the ads
Daily managementTracking is installed and tested before we spend a cedi. Then campaigns go live with one goal, sales or qualified leads, and someone checks the account every working day.
Losing adverts are switched off, winners get more budget, and new concepts go in every week.
Content and talking points
Posts and a sales scriptBuyers who see an advert check your page next. We make sure what they find builds trust: proof, faces, delivery and answers to their doubts.
Then we write the replies, follow-ups and talking points your team uses in the chat and on calls, because most sales are lost in the conversation, not the advert.
Monitor
Monthly reviewA weekly update on WhatsApp and a monthly review meeting with the numbers that matter: spend, cost per sale, revenue and what we're changing next.
Everything is set up in your own accounts. You own the ad account, the pixel data, the pages and the creative.

Questions about the process
How long before we see results?
Most clients see new enquiries in the first week of adverts. The first month is for testing. Steady growth usually shows between day 30 and day 60, once we know which adverts and messages sell.
Do I have to do all seven steps?
No. Some clients only need the audit, or only creatives, or only a website. The call and the audit tell us where to start, and we start with what will make you money soonest.
How much time does it take from me?
About an hour in the first week to answer questions and give access, then a few minutes a week to approve creatives and a monthly review meeting.
How is the fee set?
After the audit we quote a fixed fee in writing for the work in the plan. Your ad budget is separate and is paid to Meta, Google or TikTok from your own account.
Who will I work with?
Your strategy is led personally by our founder, Nana Asiamah, with a small team for creative, ads, copy and builds. You talk to the people doing the work.
Step one is free.
If your business turns over GH₵ 20,000 or more a month, book a strategy call and we'll tell you where the money is leaking.
