Privacy Policy

MediaWura operates mediawura.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to decide whether we can help you and to contact you about it, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address, if the form asks for it
• Your phone (WhatsApp) number
• What you tell us about your business, its revenue range, and what you need help with

We don't ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we don't collect any special categories of personal data.

Why we collect it

To assess whether your business is a fit for our service, to contact you about your enquiry, and to prepare for a call if we book one. If you sign up to watch a free training, we use your details to send it to you and to follow up about it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and process enquiries:

• Vercel: hosting. Serves this site and processes requests to it.
• Google Workspace: email and documents. Stores internal team communication.
• PayLead: our forms platform, also part of Wura Group. Stores what you submit in our strategy call form.
• Meta: advertising measurement for our Facebook and Instagram ads (see Cookies and tracking).
• Automation and workflow tools: used to route enquiries to our team so we can respond.

We do not sell your personal information. The only advertiser we share data with is Meta, to measure our own ads, as described below.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you visit, Meta receives the pages you view, the WhatsApp, phone or email links you click, whether you book a call or sign up for a training, your IP address, your browser type, Meta's cookie IDs, and a random visitor ID we store in a cookie. When you book a call or sign up for a free training, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the name, phone number and email you enter so it can match the booking to an ad. Meta uses this to show our ads to people more likely to need them. You can control this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser. Pages you reach through third parties (like booking links or WhatsApp) are governed by their policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them, and email subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Email us and we'll action it.
