Get organised · Hiring Ads

Stop waiting for good people to apply. Go and find them.

We write the job advert, run it where the right people scroll, and screen every applicant with questions and a test task. You can focus on the ones worth your time.

The problem

You posted "We're hiring". You got hundreds of CVs and no one you'd hire.

A vague post on WhatsApp status or LinkedIn brings in everyone and anyone. Many applicants never read the role properly. You spend evenings sifting CVs, the good ones get lost in the pile, and by the time you call them they've taken another job.

Or the opposite: you post and wait, and the people you actually want never see it, because they aren't looking for a job. They're busy being good at the one they have.

What changed

Many of the best people aren't searching for jobs. They're scrolling.

The editor, the sales rep or the designer you want is on Instagram and Facebook every day. A sharp advert that speaks to what they care about reaches them there, whether or not they're job hunting.

The filter does the rest. An application page with the right questions and a short test task sorts serious, skilled people from the crowd before anyone on your team reads a word.

A good hiring advert doesn't get more applicants. It gets the right ones.

How we fill the role

  1. Define the hire

What the person will do, what good looks like, and what makes the role worth taking.

  2. Write the advert

Messaging that attracts the people you want and puts off the ones you don't.

  3. Build the application

A page with screening questions, file uploads and a test task.

  4. Run the ads

Facebook and Instagram adverts aimed at people with the skills, within Meta's rules for job ads.

  5. Shortlist

You get the applicants who passed the filter, not the whole pile.

Questions before you start

Are job adverts allowed on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. Job adverts can't discriminate, so we don't put age or gender requirements in the advert. In the US, Canada and parts of Europe, Meta also requires them to run under its employment category with limited targeting.

Do you interview the candidates?

We screen with questions and a test task and hand you the shortlist. You make the final call.

Can you hire for several roles at once?

Yes. Each role gets its own advert and application, so the screening fits the job.
